All of the vegetation used by NEDLAW Living Roofs™ is organic and grown locally
on our farms. Our plants are pre-grown and in stock, to ensure timely installations.
We grow several varieties of high-quality vegetated mats. Currently, we have two
options available: a
Native Meadow mixture of prairie grasses and wild
flowers, and
Sedum, which is a mixture of colourful, flowering succulents.
Plants are grown in a polypropylene mesh, or mat, which holds them together. Once
vegetation is mature, the mat is cut into sections suitable for easy transportation
and installation. NEDLAW has, in production, over 280,000 sq. ft. of the highest
quality vegetation.
